Finca Vallejo Roble - Red Wine

Finca Vallejo Roble - Red Wine is a red wine from CVNE originating in Ribera del Duero, made exclusively from the Tempranillo grape variety. This wine pays homage to the founding family of the house and the importance of the vineyard, also reflecting CVNE's connection to this prestigious Spanish region. The grapes are hand-selected from their own vineyards located in Villalba de Duero, at an altitude of over 800 meters, an origin that contributes to its identity and character.

In the glass, it presents a purple color with violet reflections. The aroma highlights notes of red and black fruit, accompanied by fresh hints of aromatic herbs, spices, toast, and balsamic nuances. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it ages for 12 months in French and American oak, gaining balance and complexity.

On the palate, it reveals a powerful entry, supported by round tannins and a structured profile, finishing long and persistent. It should be served between 12 and 14 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany fatty meats and game, roasts, stews, boiled dishes and cheeses, pairings that enhance its intensity and aromatic depth.
