Drappier

Maison Drappier, founded in 1808 next to the former Clairvaux Abbey, is a historic landmark in Champagne. Located in Urville, in the Côte des Bar, it primarily cultivates Pinot Noir, complemented by rare varieties such as Fromenteau, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Blanc Vrai. It produces authentic-style champagnes, including Brut Nature, rosés, and prestigious cuvées, with low dosages and moderate use of sulfites.
