Finca Vallejo Roble Magnum - Red Wine

Finca Vallejo Roble Magnum - Red Wine is a CVNE red wine, produced in the Ribera del Duero region from the Tempranillo grape variety. This wine pays homage to the founding family of the house and the importance of the vineyard, reflecting the elegance that CVNE brings to this prestigious Spanish origin. The grapes are hand-selected from the winery's own vineyards located in Villalba de Duero, at an altitude of over 800 meters.

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for 12 months in French and American oak, gaining balance, depth, and complexity. It presents a purple color with violet hues and an expressive aromatic profile, where red and black fruit emerge, accompanied by fresh notes of aromatic herbs, spicy nuances, toast, and a balsamic touch.

On the palate, it reveals a powerful entry, round tannins and an enveloping structure, finishing with a long and persistent finish. It should be served between 12 and 14 ºC, being an excellent choice to accompany fatty meats and game, roasts, stews, boiled dishes and cheeses.
