Quod Superius - Red Wine

Quod Superius - Red Wine, from Hispano Suizas, is a high-end red wine from the Utiel-Requena region, inspired by the Bordeaux style and with a Valencian identity thanks to the presence of the Bobal grape variety in the blend, along with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. It presents an intense, deep red color, revealing its concentration and character from the first glance.

The aroma is powerful and elegant, with a great diversity of nuances. Ripe red fruit notes stand out, enveloped by hints of wood and a very well-integrated toasty background. On the palate, it is majestic, velvety and silky in texture, with ripe tannins well-polymerized with the oak, providing a harmonious, deep and very persistent whole. The finish is long and balanced, leaving a sophisticated and captivating impression.

It should be served at 18ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany long-cured beef or, for a more surprising combination, a piece of pure cocoa chocolate. A wine with a distinct profile and great elegance, designed for special occasions and for lovers of intense and refined red wines.
