Termes - Red Wine

Termes - Red Wine, from Numanthia, is a red wine from the Toro region made exclusively with Tinta de Toro grapes. It presents itself as a vibrant expression of Spanish wines, combining the classic character of the Toro DO with vigor, freshness, and vivacity. Produced from the estate's younger vines, it reveals a distinctive personality and a profile that is both intense and elegant.

In the glass, it displays a ripe cherry-red color with ruby reflections, clean and bright. The aroma stands out for its good intensity of black fruits, such as currant and blackberry, enveloped by notes of wood, toast, and mild spices, as well as delicate floral hints of lavender and violet. On the palate, the entry is lively and fruity, with a silky and enveloping texture, finishing with a complex and persistent aftertaste of small black fruits and sweet spices.

Served at around 16ºC, it is an excellent choice to accompany roasts, cured cheeses, meats, lamb, sausages and Iberian ham. A wine with strength and freshness, ready to be enjoyed now, but with the potential to evolve in the bottle for several years.
