Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay Joven - White Wine is a young white wine from Bodegas Enrique Mendoza, produced in the Alicante region exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. Made in the vineyards of Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena, under the Alicante DO, it expresses the Mediterranean character of this variety with a very expressive profile focused on fresh fruit. According to the winery, it is an organically grown wine, revealing the potential of Chardonnay in this territory.

It has a straw-yellow color with golden and greenish reflections. The aroma features notes of hay, green apple, dried fruits such as hazelnut, and ripe tropical fruit, namely banana and pineapple, accompanied by delicate hints of pastry. On the palate, it is persistent, unctuous, ripe and balanced, offering an enveloping and harmonious tasting experience.

At the table, Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay Joven - White Wine pairs particularly well with grilled seafood, white fish, fish rice dishes, creamy soups, and grilled vegetables. The winery recommends serving it at 16ºC.
