Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay Joven Magnum - White Wine is a young and very expressive white wine from Bodegas Enrique Mendoza, produced in the Alicante region exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. Made in the vineyards of Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena and cultivated organically, it reveals the character of this variety in a Mediterranean climate, with a fresh, ample and very appealing profile.

In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color with golden and greenish reflections. The aroma highlights notes of hay, green apple, dried fruits such as hazelnut, and ripe tropical fruit, with hints of banana and pineapple, enveloped by delicate pastry notes. On the palate, it is persistent, with an unctuous texture, maturity, and good balance, providing a harmonious and expressive tasting experience.

It is an excellent choice to accompany grilled seafood, white fish, fish rice dishes, creamy soups, and grilled vegetables. For best enjoyment, it is recommended to serve at 16ºC. The Magnum version offers an ideal size for sharing at the table during special meals or social gatherings.
