Description | Enrique Mendoza Monastrell - Rosé Wine
Enrique Mendoza Monastrell - Rosé Wine is the rosé expression of Bodegas Enrique Mendoza, made exclusively from the Monastrell grape variety in the Alicante region. The grapes come from vineyards located in Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena and are harvested at dawn, when the temperature is lower, to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. In the winery, only the free-run juice, the finest and noblest fraction, is used, followed by cold settling, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging on the lees until bottling.
In the glass, it presents a pale pink color, clear and transparent. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and fruity profile, with notes reminiscent of strawberries, grapefruit and apricot, accompanied by subtle and elegant floral hints. On the palate, it is very fresh, light and cheerful, with good acidity and suggestions of freshly cut fruit salad, offering a balanced and appealing whole.
This rosé is designed to be appreciated for its vivacity and finesse, maintaining its appeal until the last drop. It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC. It pairs well with salads, paella, seafood, and fish, making it a versatile choice for relaxed moments at the table.
