Description | Enate Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum - Red Wine
Enate Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum - Red Wine is a red wine from the Somontano region produced by Enate from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Cosmopolitan and easy to drink, it presents itself as a versatile wine, designed to please different palates without losing its identity and elegance.
In the glass, it reveals a medium-intensity cherry color. The aroma is complex and expressive, with notes of forest fruits, such as currant and wild blackberry, enveloped by delicate floral hints of violet. There are also suggestions of pepper, vanilla, and undergrowth, which add depth and sophistication to the whole.
On the palate, it is smooth and round, with a flavorful finish where toasted notes stand out. The balanced acidity provides freshness and good harmony, also allowing for positive evolution in the bottle over the next 5 years. The winemaking process includes separate fermentation of the grape varieties in stainless steel tanks and 6 months of aging in French and American oak barrels after malolactic fermentation.
It should be served between 14 and 16 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany roasts, meats and cheeses, and works equally well with fish in sauce.
