Vallegarcia Syrah Magnum - Red Wine

Vallegarcia Syrah Magnum - Red Wine is a single-varietal Syrah from the Pago de Vallegarcía region, designed to reveal the expressive and elegant character of this international grape variety. Produced by Vallegarcía from grapes sourced from a small 7-hectare plot, it is harvested at the peak of ripeness, seeking a balance between aromatic intensity, structure, and pleasant tannins.

In the glass, it presents an intense, bright, and deep color. The aromatic profile highlights red fruits, enveloped by toffee notes resulting from barrel aging and milky nuances, composing a captivating and harmonious whole. On the palate, it is fresh, flavorful, and structured, with soft tannins and a very pleasant finish. The finish is long and persistent, reinforcing its elegance and ease of drinking.

The 12-month aging process in new French oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in the bottle, helps to refine the texture and add complexity without detracting from the fruit's prominence. It is recommended to serve it at 16°C. It pairs well with rice dishes, red meats, and desserts, especially dark chocolate. The Magnum version is a distinctive choice for sharing at the table and appreciating the wine's evolution in a larger format.
