Real de Asua Reserva Magnum - Red Wine

Real de Asua Reserva Magnum - Red Wine is a wine from CVNE, created in homage to the winery's founders, brothers Eusebio and Raimundo Real de Asua. Produced in Rioja Alta from selected Tempranillo grapes from their own vineyards in Villalba, it elegantly expresses the character of this origin and the care put into its production.

In the glass, it presents a speckled cherry color with bluish notes in the meniscus. The aroma reveals great intensity and breadth, with forest fruits in the foreground, enveloped by notes of spices, such as clove, as well as hints of toffee and smoky notes. On the palate, it shows a smooth entry, balanced tannins, good acidity, and a fresh and lingering retronasal finish, offering a harmonious and persistent tasting experience.

The 18-month aging in French oak barrels adds depth and complexity, contributing to its sophisticated and nuanced profile. It is recommended to serve it at 18°C. It can be enjoyed on its own or at the table, especially accompanying intensely flavored meats, and is also an interesting option to pair with desserts.
