Passa - White Wine, from Quinta do Passadouro, is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region that reveals an elegant, fresh, and very appealing profile. The aroma features intense floral notes, accompanied by hints of white-fleshed fruit, in an expressive and harmonious combination. From the first sip, this wine conveys a sense of precision and delicacy, reflecting the character of the grape varieties and the identity of the region.

On the palate, it shows good structure, balanced by a pleasant freshness and a well-defined minerality, which gives it tension and vivacity. Produced from the Rabigato, Viosinho and Códega do Larinho grape varieties, this blend ferments in stainless steel vats for 21 days, preserving the aromatic purity and fresh expression of the fruit. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation, which helps to maintain its lively, direct and precise profile.
