Cune Rueda - White Wine

Cune Rueda - White Wine, from CVNE, is a young white wine from the Rueda region, made exclusively from the Verdejo grape variety. It presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, revealing its fresh and vibrant profile from the first glance. The aroma stands out for its good intensity and an expressive set of herbaceous and fruity notes, where hints of fennel and boxwood emerge, combined with fresh fruit such as pineapple and peach, as well as subtle citrus nuances.

On the palate, it displays a youthful and balanced profile, marked by structure and a citric acidity very characteristic of Verdejo, which gives it vivacity and precision. The finish is long, fresh and balsamic, with a fruity lingering note that invites further tasting. It is a versatile wine, ideal for serving at around 10ºC, either on its own as an aperitif, or at the table to accompany fish and seafood.
