Origen de Prieto Pariente Magnum - Red Wine is a single-varietal Tempranillo red wine from Bodegas José Pariente, part of the Parajes collection. Made from a single vineyard located in Mucientes, it boasts a distinct and precise profile, based on an elegant interpretation of this grape variety. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 11 months in oak barrels, gaining depth, complexity, and balance.

In the glass, it presents a cherry color with a garnet rim. The aroma is intense and expressive, highlighting dark fruit, namely blueberries, enveloped by notes of coffee, cocoa, and sweet spices. Hints of Monte Baixo also emerge over a mineral background, adding freshness and subtlety to the whole. The aromatic result is captivating, well-defined, and harmonious.

On the palate, it reveals itself as succulent, structured, and long. The profile is very fruity, supported by an enveloping texture and a persistent finish, marked by elegant spicy notes. Its structure and body make it an excellent choice to accompany red meats, game dishes, roasts, stews, and spoon dishes. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC to fully appreciate its expression.
