Noval Ruby - Port Wine

Noval Ruby - Port Wine is a Port wine from Quinta do Noval, in the Porto and Douro region. Produced from traditional grape varieties of the Douro Demarcated Region, it presents the youthful, expressive and fruity profile that characterizes this style. Fermentation is carried out with remontage in stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC, preserving the aromatic intensity and vivacity of the whole.

In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby color and an intense aroma, marked by youth and fruit. Hints of wild cherries stand out, in a fresh and appealing register. On the palate, it is balanced, with intense fruitiness, good presence and a long, persistent finish, making it a safe choice for those who appreciate a Port with a robust yet harmonious profile.
