Noval Fine White - Port Wine

Noval Branco - Port Wine, from Quinta do Noval, is a white Port from the Porto and Douro region, made from traditional white grape varieties of the Douro Valley, including Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega. The winemaking process is carefully conducted to preserve the aromatic expression and balance of the wine: part of the batch undergoes skin maceration and the remaining part ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

In the glass, it presents an attractive golden-yellow color and a fruity aromatic profile. On the palate, it reveals itself as sweet, delicate, and unctuous, with a good harmony between richness and freshness, finishing with a lingering aromatic aftertaste. Due to its versatility and captivating character, it is an excellent choice to serve as an informal aperitif. It is recommended to serve it chilled to enhance its vivacity and the overall elegance.
