Mocén Rueda Verdejo Selección Especial Magnum - White Wine is a carefully crafted expression of the Verdejo grape variety in the Rueda region. The Selección Especial designation reflects a rigorous selection process on three levels: selection in the vineyard, selection of the must, and selection of the wine. For its production, the Mocén winery selects specific plots with the aim of obtaining the best Verdejo grapes, using only free-run juice and first pressing. Throughout fermentation, and also at the end of the process, further tastings are carried out with the tanks to define the final selection.

In the glass, it presents a medium-intensity golden-yellow color with some greenish reflections. The aroma is very broad, with intense varietal aromas, notes of hay and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, it shows a fresh and fruity profile, with an unctuous texture and a broad, consistent, round and balanced sensation, providing a harmonious and enveloping tasting experience.

It should be served chilled, between 7 and 9 ºC, to fully appreciate its aromatic expression and freshness. It is an excellent choice to accompany appetizers, fish, and seafood. The Magnum format adds presence to the table and makes this particular choice for sharing at special meals.
