Minuty 281 - Rosé Wine is a rosé from Provence created by Château Minuty, launched in 2015 as one of the house's most emblematic wines. The name 281 alludes to the Pantone blue of the bottle, a tribute to the Mediterranean Sea, whose proximity profoundly marks the identity of the vineyards and the character of this wine. It is a rosé that celebrates the family heritage and terroir of Minuty, designed for special moments at the table.

Made from Garnacha and Syrah grapes, it has a soft pink color. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and expressive profile, with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, black and white currants, evolving into nuances of white fruit, vine peach, saline hints, spices and white pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, straightforward and well-structured, maintaining an elegant balance and a very refined Provençal style.

It should be served between 10 and 12 ºC. It pairs particularly well with seafood, spicy dishes such as Peking duck or beef curry, summer salads, and sophisticated red fruit desserts. A gastronomic and distinctive rosé, ideal for celebrations and for those seeking the luminous elegance of Provence.
