Pouca Roupa - Rosé Wine

Pouca Roupa - Rosé Wine, by João Portugal Ramos, is a rosé from the Alentejo region made from Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It presents a light salmon color and an aromatic profile marked by red fruits, accompanied by a subtle vegetal character that gives it freshness and elegance. On the palate, it reveals good volume, balanced acidity, and a long finish, making it a very pleasant and versatile wine to pair with food.

In winemaking, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, then cooled in stainless steel tanks. The must is clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature, preserving the aromatic expression and fresh character of the wine. The result is a balanced and easy-to-enjoy rosé, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany Mediterranean salads, light dishes and Asian cuisine.
