Description | Marqués de Griñón Graciano - Red Wine
Marqués de Griñón Graciano - Red Wine is a single-varietal Graciano wine from Dominio de Valdepusa, produced by Marqués de Griñón from the first vines of this grape variety planted in Castilla-La Mancha. Produced using organic methods, it seeks to accurately express the terroir of origin, resulting in an attractive, velvety and very polished red wine with good aging potential.
In the glass, it presents an intense, deep, and very well-covered reddish-brown color, typical of a long-lived wine. The aromatic profile is complex, combining ripe fruit, especially blackberries, and citrus notes of orange peel, enveloped by spicy, floral, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it reveals itself to be powerful, balanced, and flavorful, with smooth acidity, abundant tannins, and a subtle persistence, marked by hints of graphite and cocoa.
It should be served at 16ºC, preferably in large glasses, to fully appreciate its aromatic expression. At the table, it pairs particularly well with bluefin tuna, a combination that highlights the structure and elegance of this wine.
