La Provincia Magnum - Red Wine, from Bodegas José Pariente, is a red wine from the Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla region, resulting from a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha. Made from selected old vines in the province of Valladolid, specifically from Mucientes and Pedrosa del Rey, it reveals an expression marked by the delicacy and freshness of the fruit, with a balanced and very appealing profile.

In the glass, it presents an intense cherry color with a violet rim. The aroma highlights notes of red and black fruit, enveloped by hints of hill and undergrowth, adding complexity and character to the whole. On the palate, it is luscious, with good body, a fresh character, well-integrated acidity, and a long finish. It is a seductive and harmonious wine, with a fruity and lively character that invites you to drink it.

Aged for 11 months in French oak, it acquires structure and depth without losing its fruity expression. It should be served between 15ºC and 17ºC. At the table, it pairs very well with rice dishes, game, sausages and red meats, making it an excellent choice for hearty meals and moments of sharing.
