Description | José Pariente Victoria - Rosé Wine
José Pariente Victoria - Rosé Wine is a rosé from the Rueda region, produced by Bodegas José Pariente as a tribute to "Victoria," the alma mater of the Pariente family and an inspiring figure in transmitting the passion for vineyards and wine. It results from a blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Viognier grapes from different vineyards. Vinification is done by assemblage of the varieties, without maceration, followed by fermentation of the musts and aging for 4 months on its lees, a process that contributes to its captivating texture.
It has a pale pink color. The aroma is elegant and intense, with a very fruity profile, highlighting notes of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and blackberry, finishing with delicate hints of rose petals and jasmine. On the palate, it shows a smooth and pleasant attack, with good balance and unctuousness. The finish is persistent and fresh, with cherry notes in the retro-olfactory sensation, reinforcing its aromatic expression.
It should be served at 8°C. It is an excellent choice for appetizers and to accompany fish and seafood dishes, salads, pasta and rice dishes, as well as smoked meats and mild cheeses.
