Description | Impromptu Sauvignon Blanc Magnum - White Wine
Impromptu Sauvignon Blanc Magnum - White Wine is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc produced by Hispano Suizas in the Utiel-Requena region, in the municipality of Requena. Made from a selection of the best grapes from low-yielding vineyards, it reveals a carefully crafted and ambitious profile, designed to showcase the expression of the grape variety with elegance, volume, and precision. Fermentation in American oak barrels and aging on lees until bottling contribute to a sophisticated and captivating whole.
In the glass, it presents a yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is mineral and intense, with notes that evoke fresh tropical fruit and compote, creating an expressive and harmonious aromatic profile. On the palate, it stands out for its good fruit weight, unctuous and dense texture, excellent acidity, and a very long finish, characteristics that give it depth and balance.
This is an elegant and gastronomic white wine, best served at 12ºC. It pairs very well with seafood, fish, aged cheeses, vegetables, and white meats. Recognized on several occasions for its quality, it also stands out for its remarkable aging potential, making it a very interesting choice both for immediate consumption and for further development in the bottle.
