Hito - Rosé Wine

Hito - Rosé Wine is the rosé expression of Cepa 21 in the Ribera del Duero DO, made from the Tempranillo grape variety. It is a young wine, designed to highlight the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit, with a balanced profile and very versatile at the table.

It has a very faint, bright, and clear pale pink color. The aroma reveals a fresh and expressive profile, with notes of red fruit, floral hints, and citrus touches, creating a delicate and appealing whole. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with good acidity and a slight sweetness, offering a balanced and easy-to-appreciate tasting experience.

Due to its freshness, Hito - Rosé Wine can be enjoyed on its own or with appetizers. It is also a good option to pair with pasta dishes, salads, and oily fish. It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC. A versatile rosé, suitable for both the warmer months and for consumption throughout the autumn and winter.
