Fiuza Reserve Premium - White Wine

Fiuza Reserva Premium - White Wine is a white wine from the Tejo region, produced by Fiuza from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Made with carefully selected grapes pressed at 5ºC, this wine is distinguished by its "sur lie" aging, which contributes to its texture and complexity. The final blend integrates 95% of the current harvest and 5% of the previous harvest, aged in French oak barrels, resulting in an elegant and well-structured profile.

On the nose, it reveals a herbaceous character, combined with notes of tropical fruit, asparagus, a subtle touch of vanilla, and hints of oak. On the palate, it is flavorful and complex, with good structure and a long finish, characteristics that make it versatile at the table and suitable for more refined gastronomic moments.

It is an excellent choice to accompany cod or salmon, white meat dishes with more intense flavors, rich-flavored seafood, and soft cheeses.
