Finca Vallejo Rueda - White Wine

Finca Vallejo Rueda - White Wine is a white wine from CVNE produced in the Rueda region from the Verdejo grape variety. This wine pays homage to the founding family of CVNE and the importance of the vineyard, reflecting the house's connection to the territory and the expression of the grape. The grapes are selected from vineyards located in the municipalities of Rueda, La Seca and Alaejos, seeking to preserve the quality and character of the raw material from its origin.

Night harvesting allows the grapes to arrive at the winery in excellent condition, contributing to a fresher and more precise profile. The must is obtained and fermented in stainless steel tanks, in a process designed to preserve the primary aromas characteristic of Verdejo. In the glass, it presents an elegant pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of tropical fruit stand out, enveloped by citrus and herbaceous hints, such as fennel.

On the palate, it reveals itself as fresh and persistent, with a fruity finish that invites another sip. It should be served between 8 and 10 ºC and adapts very well both as an aperitif and at the table. It is a good choice to accompany seafood, fish and even dishes with exotic sauces, thanks to its vibrant profile and aromatic expression.
