Albariño Finca Casa Julia - White Wine

Albariño Finca Casa Julia - White Wine, from Hispano Suizas, is a unique white wine from the Valencia region, made exclusively from the Albariño grape variety. It presents a bright yellow color with greenish reflections, revealing its freshness and vivacity from the first glance. The aroma is very intense, fruity and floral, with a complex profile and a slight touch of oak that is very well integrated, adding depth without overpowering the expression of the grape variety.

On the palate, it is a fruity, elegant and dense wine, with good volume and a balanced acidity that gives it tension and freshness. The finish is persistent and very long, leaving a refined and captivating impression. Produced at an altitude of 750 meters, this Mediterranean Albariño with DOP Valencia combines the identity of the variety with the influence of the Mediterranean climate, in a young, aromatic and structured style. Fermented in new 400-liter oak barrels and kept on its own lees in spherical cement tanks, it reveals character, texture and excellent aging potential. It should be served at 12ºC. It pairs very well with shellfish, fish, cured cheeses, vegetables and white meats.
