Château Ausone 2020 Saint-Emilion - Red Wine is a benchmark red wine from Bordeaux, produced by Château Ausone from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes in the Saint-Émilion AOC. Classified as a Premier Grand Cru Classé "A" since 1955, this historic estate gives rise to a wine of monumental profile, born from an exceptional terroir and biodynamic viticulture oriented towards respecting the balance of the vine.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby color. The aroma reveals great intensity and sophistication, with enveloping notes of crème de cassis, black raspberries, toasted spices, and delicate hints of dried flowers. As it evolves, additional floral nuances and mineral notes emerge, reinforcing its aromatic complexity.

On the palate, it is deeply concentrated, full-bodied, and with a texture that is simultaneously pure, dense, and ethereal. The perfectly integrated tannins give it a silky feel and remarkable balance. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 21 months, this is a wine designed for collectors and with high aging potential. It is recommended to serve it between 16ºC and 18ºC, perfectly complementing red meats, game, lamb, pork with fresh herbs, intense cheeses, and truffle dishes.
