Baga ao Sol - Red Wine

Baga ao Sol - Red Wine, from Fita Preta, is a red wine from the Alentejo region made exclusively from the Baga grape variety. The grapes are carefully selected upon arrival at the winery, passing through a sorting table for rigorous quality control. Then, they are gently crushed and gravity-fed into temperature-controlled tanks, a process designed to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the expression of the grape variety.

Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur naturally, without inoculation, allowing for a more faithful and authentic interpretation of Baga. The result is a red wine with character, freshness, and structure, where the grape variety's identity is revealed directly and in a balanced way. At the table, it pairs particularly well with lamb and game dishes, whose richness and unctuousness benefit from its freshness, creating a harmonious and gastronomic combination.
