Vinha do Monte - White Wine

Vinha do Monte - White Wine, from Herdade do Peso, is a white wine from the Alentejo region that expresses the sunny character of the area with balance and freshness. Made from the Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Roupeiro grape varieties, it results from a selection designed to enhance the aromatic component, vivacity, and harmony on the palate. The grapes are harvested early to preserve natural acidity and freshness, contributing to a more elegant and appealing style.

In the cellar, fermentation takes place at 16ºC for 18 days, preserving the purity of the fruit and the aromatic expression of the wine. In the glass, it presents a yellow hue with greenish highlights. On the nose and palate, notes of white fruit stand out, supported by a lively acidity that provides balance, definition, and a long, fresh finish. Soft and full-bodied, it reveals an engaging taste without losing lightness, making it a versatile choice for different moments at the table. It pairs well with appetizers, seafood, and fish dishes, but can also be enjoyed simply on its own, as a refreshing and very pleasant option.
