Viña Pedrosa Crianza - Red Wine

Viña Pedrosa Crianza - Red Wine is an emblematic red wine from Viña Pedrosa, produced in the prestigious Ribera del Duero region from 100% Tempranillo, known locally as Tinto Fino. Considered the most representative wine of the Pérez Pascuas winery, it clearly expresses the style and character of the house, combining tradition, patience and a strong connection to the terroir. It is also an excellent wine for aging, designed to evolve elegantly over time.

In the glass, it presents an intense deep red color with purplish edges. On the nose, it reveals itself as complex and elegant, with fruity aromas evoking berries and ripe fruit, well integrated with notes from aging, such as spices, tobacco, truffle, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is ample, with nerve, perfectly integrated succulent tannins, great character, a round profile, and a very long finish. Aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels, it is recommended to serve it between 16 and 17 ºC. It pairs very well with sausages, grilled red meats, game dishes, roast pork, and semi-cured cheeses.
