Varanda do Conde - White Wine

Varanda do Conde - White Wine, from PROVAM, is a wine from the Vinho Verde region made from the Alvarinho and Trajadura grape varieties. This blend combines two very characteristic varieties of the region, resulting in a young, fresh and balanced profile, designed to provide a very pleasant and versatile tasting experience.

In production, the grapes are carefully selected for their quality, transported in 20 kg boxes and pressed to obtain a high-quality must. This is followed by clarification at 12 ºC for 48 hours and fermentation with controlled temperature for 10 to 12 days, a process that helps preserve the aromatic expression and freshness of the wine.

In the glass, it appears clear and bright, with a citrus color. On the nose and palate, it reveals a fruity and elegant profile, with notes reminiscent of tropical fruit. On the palate, it shows freshness, good balance, and a harmonious texture, combining the typical vivacity of the region with a fuller and more enveloping character. A very appealing white wine for those seeking freshness and fruit expression in an elegant style.
