Vallado Adelaide - Red Wine

Vallado Adelaide - Red Wine is a wine from Quinta do Vallado, in the Porto and Douro region, made with carefully hand-selected grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, in a process that includes mechanical remontage for 9 days. This careful winemaking process contributes to a concentrated and expressive profile, revealing the attention to detail that characterizes this wine.

On the nose, balsamic notes, oak, fig, and black fruit stand out, creating an enveloping and profound whole.
