Valdesil Sobre Lias - White Wine

Valdesil Sobre Lias - White Wine is a white wine from Valdeorras made exclusively from the Godello grape variety, with grapes sourced from the Valdesil family vineyards, planted in schist soils. It ages for 6 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks, a detail that contributes to its elegant, subtle and refreshing profile. Considered a landmark wine in the Spanish wine scene, it stands as a classic and distinct expression of Godello with Atlantic inspiration.

It has a yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The aroma features citrus and mineral notes, enveloped by delicate stone fruit, herbal hints of fennel, and nuances of its aging on lees. On the palate, it reveals an extraordinary balance, medium to full body, unctuous texture, and excellent structure, supported by a lively natural acidity and expressive minerality.

It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC. It pairs very well with fish rice dishes, seafood, white meats, and white fish.
