Titan of Douro Reserve - White Wine

Titan of Douro Reserva - White Wine is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by TITAN of Douro from the Rabigato, Gouveio, Folgasão and Arinto grape varieties. It results from a blend that brings together different traditional varieties, reflecting the character of the Douro through an elegant and balanced white profile.

According to available information, the winemaking process includes manual harvesting of the grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, followed by selection, destemming, gentle crushing, and pressing in a pneumatic press. The must is then decanted in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, and fermentation takes place with temperature control. The wine then ages for 8 months with stirring of the fine lees, a process that contributes to greater volume and complexity on the palate.

In its sensory profile, it presents a greenish-citrus hue and aromas of fresh fruit, with notes of pineapple, lychee, pear, and apricot, in harmony with floral hints. On the palate, it reveals volume and structure, supported by a lively and refreshing acidity, making it versatile at the table and also enjoyable on its own.
