Terrazas de Los Andes Grand Malbec - Red Wine

Terrazas de Los Andes Grand Malbec - Red Wine is a high-altitude red wine from Terrazas de los Andes, sourced from 12 Malbec plots from their best vineyards in Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes, cultivated using regenerative methods. The production includes blending from different plots and aging for 12 months in first-use oak barrels, as well as in second-use oak vats, seeking to preserve the freshness and purity of the wine.

In the glass, it presents a vibrant red color with intense violet reflections. The aroma reveals an expressive and diverse palette, highlighting notes of plum and cherry, enveloped by violets and thyme, along with hints of blackberry, blueberry, and rosemary. On the palate, it shows a complex balance, velvety tannins and a silky texture, supported by good acidity and ample volume. The finish reveals a subtle layer of toasted aromas, adding depth to the whole.

Due to its structure and elegance, it is an excellent choice to accompany grilled meats, such as lamb or wild boar, as well as aged cheeses, such as Parmesan. It can also be paired with red fruit desserts or milk chocolate. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC.
