Royal Oporto Ruby - Port Wine

Royal Oporto Ruby - Port Wine is a Ruby Port from the Porto and Douro region, produced by Real Companhia Velha. It results from a selection of different Port wines, made from traditional grapes of the region, with a young, generous and full-bodied profile. Fermentation is initiated with skin contact and interrupted by the addition of grape brandy to the must, a classic method that preserves the natural sweetness of the wine and contributes to its structure and intensity.

The aging process takes place in oak barrels for a period that can reach approximately two years, conferring balance and character without detracting from the freshness inherent to the Ruby style.
