Roger Goulart Brut Reserva Ecologico - Sparkling Wine

Roger Goulart Brut Reserva Ecologico - Sparkling Wine is a sparkling wine from Penedès made from the region's three traditional grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada. Originating from organic viticulture, it begins with base wines with high acidity, designed for long aging, followed by a second fermentation and aging in cellars located 30 meters deep. This process contributes to its balanced, fresh, and elegant profile.

In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color, clean and bright, with fine and abundant bubbles. The aroma is dominated by intense notes of fresh white fruit, enveloped by a citrus background and delicate hints of aging. On the palate, it reveals a lively and fresh acidity, with a slight touch of sweetness that reinforces the feeling of harmony. It is fruity, slightly fleshy, long and persistent, with a very pleasant and versatile overall character.

It should be served between 6 and 8 ºC. Due to its freshness and balance, it is an excellent choice for appetizers, to enjoy in the mid-afternoon, or to accompany light dishes such as fish, rice, and salads.
