Renacce - White Wine

Renacce - White Wine, from Mocén, is a white wine from the Rueda region that combines Chardonnay and Verdejo, born from the winery's distinctive approach to using grape varieties that are not commonly found in the appellation, such as Chardonnay. Made with great respect for the Verdejo grape and aged in French oak barrels, it presents an elegant, fresh, and captivating profile. It was awarded a Gold Medal at the Brussels World Wine Competition 2024.

In color, it displays a pale yellow with slight greenish reflections. The aroma reveals elegant fruity notes, with hints of grapefruit, pineapple, hay, and apple, enveloped by light woody notes, without toasted notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a smooth and round texture, supported by a lively, citrusy, and minty acidity, leading to a smooth, elegant, and persistent finish.

It should be served at 6°C. It is a versatile wine at the table, ideal to accompany pasta, rice, cheeses, sushi, fish, shellfish and various types of meat.
