Quinta do Monte d'Oiro Reserve - Rosé Wine

Quinta do Monte d'Oiro Reserva - Rosé Wine is a wine from the Lisbon region that showcases the care and precision that characterize the production of Quinta do Monte d'Oiro. Made from Syrah grapes, it results from hand-picked and selected grapes upon arrival at the winery, in a process designed to preserve the quality of the raw material from the start. Vinification is done by crushing and direct pressing, using only the drop of must, which contributes to a particularly fine and elegant profile.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 13 and 16 ºC, preserving the freshness and expression of the grape variety. This is followed by 5 months of aging in 500-liter French oak barrels, with very gentle and spaced-out bâtonnage, an option that adds texture and complexity without compromising the wine's balance. The result is a rosé with a distinct profile, designed for those seeking depth, precision, and a gastronomic style.
