Quinta Do Gradil Syrah - Red Wine

Quinta Do Gradil Syrah - Red Wine is a single-varietal Syrah wine produced by Quinta do Gradil in the Lisbon region. It is an expressive and contemporary red wine, carefully crafted to highlight the character of the grape variety and the identity of the terroir. Vinification takes place in small stainless steel tanks, with temperature control at 26ºC, after a light cold maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 14 months in French oak barrels, gaining greater complexity, structure, and aromatic depth.

In the glass, it reveals a deep, intense plum color. The aroma features notes of wild berries, accompanied by mineral hints and subtle nuances that add complexity to the whole. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with good fruit presence, evident tannins, and a harmonious structure. The finish is long and distinctive, extending the tasting experience in an enveloping way.
