Quinta das Tecedeiras LBV - Port Wine

Quinta das Tecedeiras LBV - Port Wine is a Port wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by Quinta das Tecedeiras from a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela and Touriga Nacional. It is a Late Bottled Vintage that expresses the classic Douro profile, combining aromatic intensity, structure and elegance.

According to available information, the grapes are harvested manually and fermentation takes place in the traditional way in granite lagares with foot treading. The wine ages in barrels before bottling, contributing to its complexity and balance. The aroma features intense notes of red and black fruits, accompanied by floral hints and nuances of dried fruit. On the palate, it reveals good structure, harmony, and well-integrated ripe fruit, supported by balanced acidity and a long finish.

It is an excellent choice to accompany strong-flavored cheeses, chocolate desserts, fruit tarts, pears poached in Port wine, or dried fruits. It is recommended to serve it between 14ºC and 16ºC.
