Provam Vinho Verde - White Wine

Provam Vinho Verde - White Wine is a wine from the Vinho Verde region, produced by PROVAM. According to available information, it is made from Alvarinho grapes, harvested and transported in 20 kg boxes, followed by pressing to obtain a high-quality must. The must is then clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature for 10 to 12 days, in a process aimed at preserving the freshness and aromatic expression of the wine.

In the glass, it presents a clear appearance and a citrine color. The aroma reveals a fresh and fruity profile, in line with its youthful and appealing character. On the palate, it is smooth, soft, fresh, and fruity, offering a balanced and very pleasant tasting experience. It is a versatile white wine, designed for relaxed moments and to be enjoyed on different occasions, standing out for its lightness and ease of drinking.
