Polvorete - White Wine

Polvorete - White Wine is the youngest white wine from the Emilio Moro family, born in Bierzo and made exclusively from the Godello grape variety. It's a wine designed to reveal, in an accessible and expressive way, the character of this variety, with a cheerful, youthful, and easy-to-appreciate profile. The wine's identity also extends to its visual aspect, with a label designed by the renowned Majorcan artist Domingo Zapata.

In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color, with a clean, bright appearance and medium intensity. The aroma highlights notes of fresh white flowers and fruit, in a typical Godello style. On the palate, it is fresh and persistent, with citrus and tropical flavors, supported by a balanced acidity that gives it vivacity and a good overall sensation.

It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC. It is a good option to accompany legumes, white fish, light pasta dishes or fresh cheeses.
