Petit Hipperia Magnum - Red Wine

Petit Hipperia Magnum - Red Wine, from Vallegarcía, is a contemporary and dynamic red wine from Pago de Vallegarcía, created from a blend that combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Syrah. Year after year, each harvest imprints its own identity, giving rise to a wine that seeks to faithfully express the terroir of the property.

It has an intense cherry color with a violet rim. The aroma features notes of red fruit, spicy hints, and balsamic suggestions. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with good volume, a balanced structure, and a long finish with toasty nuances, maintaining a very pleasant and easy-to-drink profile.

Fermentation and malolactic maceration take place in French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of aging, which contributes to its texture and complexity. Being the youngest wine of the house, it displays an accessible style without losing depth. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC. At the table, it pairs very well with rice dishes, roasted red meats, lamb, risotto, and vegetable dishes.
