Pazo Tizón Extramundi - White Wine

Pazo Tizón Extramundi - White Wine is a white wine from the Ribeiro region, produced by the Pazo Tizón winery in Boborás (Ourense), from the Albariño, Loureiro and Trajadura grape varieties. The grapes come from 12 hectares of vineyards located in Liñariños and Moldes, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, an approach that prioritizes aromatic purity and the expression of its Atlantic profile.

In the glass, it presents a medium-intensity straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is dominated by intense citrus notes, accompanied by a very pleasant touch of white flowers. On the palate, it reveals itself as a full-bodied, intense and balanced wine, harmoniously combining freshness, structure and flavor.

Produced in very limited quantities, Pazo Tizón Extramundi - White Wine stands out as a Ribeiro wine with a strong personality and great precision. It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC, and is an excellent choice to accompany fish, seafood and cheeses.
