Passadouro - Red Wine, from Quinta do Passadouro, is a Port and Douro wine that reflects the character and depth of this emblematic region. According to available information, the grapes were destemmed and foot-trodden in stone lagares, with maceration for 5 days at a controlled temperature, a process that helps preserve the aromatic intensity, color and structure of the wine.
