Monte da Ravasqueira Alvarinho - White Wine

Monte da Ravasqueira Alvarinho - White Wine is a white wine from the Alentejo region, produced from the Alvarinho grape variety. In the winery, the bunches are sorted on a conveyor and pressed at 2ºC with the stems, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages at low temperatures and remains on the lees with moderate battonage for 5 months before bottling, a process that seeks to preserve aromatic purity, freshness and texture.

In the glass, it presents greenish hues and an intense, bright lemon color. The aroma is expressive, highlighting orange blossom, evolving in the glass to floral notes, light tropical hints, and a touch of white pepper. On the palate, despite its dry style, it stands out for its freshness, acidity, and texture, showing a very mineral profile with citrus notes and a long finish. It is a white wine designed to be enjoyed now, but with interesting potential for evolution in the bottle.
