Mocén Sauvignon Blanc Rueda - White Wine

Mocén Sauvignon Blanc Rueda - White Wine is a young white wine from the Rueda DO, produced by the Mocén winery exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes are harvested in the second week of September in the vineyards of the Valverde estate, followed by controlled fermentation at low temperature. Afterwards, the wine is filtered and cold-stabilized, a process designed to preserve its aromatic expression and the characteristic freshness of this profile.

It presents a pale, bright straw-yellow color. The aroma is very intense, with marked notes of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, guava, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is ample, smooth, persistent, and very balanced, with expressive retronasal aromas that prolong the fruity component. The result is an enveloping and harmonious white wine, ideal for those seeking freshness and aromatic intensity in a young and accessible style.

It should be served chilled, between 7 and 9 ºC. It is especially recommended as an aperitif and to accompany fish and seafood.
