Mirabilis - White Wine

Mirabilis - White Wine, from Quinta Nova, is a white wine from Porto and the Douro region that distinguishes itself through its elegance, precision, and depth. Produced from the Viosinho and Gouveio grape varieties and century-old vines, it originates from small plots of old vines, whose small bunches give rise to musts of great authenticity and expression. In its production, wood is used judiciously, primarily employing second and third-year barrels, with only a small percentage of new wood, in order to preserve the fruity character and identity of the wine. Aging takes place mainly in French and Hungarian oak, contributing to a harmonious and sophisticated whole.
